English Language Training to Enhance Graduate Readiness at SMA Santika

Global competition requires high school graduates to possess strong English language skills, both for pursuing higher education and entering the workforce. However, students at SMA Santika still face challenges regarding English proficiency and academic confidence. This community service (PKM) program aims to enhance students' future readiness through targeted English training. The methods used include communicative language teaching, academic writing preparation, and public speaking simulations. The evaluation showed a substantial improvement in students' communicative competence and a significant boost in their readiness to face higher education entry tests and initial career recruitments.
