This study analyzes the statistical associations of perceived patient-safety implementation, service quality, and implementation of Sharia values with perceived hospital-service satisfaction among students of STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang. The outcome construct was revised to clarify that respondents were students rather than patients; therefore, it is not interpreted as direct patient-reported satisfaction. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 50 students selected purposively based on their knowledge of health services and patient safety. Data were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. All questionnaire items met item-validity criteria, and construct reliability was high (Cronbach's alpha=0.879-0.932). The regression model was significant, F(3,46)=120.284, p<0.001, R²=0.887, adjusted R²=0.880. Perceived patient-safety implementation was not significantly associated with perceived service satisfaction (B=-0.201; β=-0.170; p=0.089), whereas service quality (B=0.367; β=0.589; p<0.001) and implementation of Sharia values (B=0.699; β=0.637; p<0.001) showed positive significant associations. Sharia-value implementation had the largest standardized beta. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov residual test yielded p=0.001, indicating that the normality assumption was not met; inferential findings therefore warrant cautious interpretation. The findings highlight the importance of service interactions and Sharia-oriented values in shaping students' evaluations of hospital-service satisfaction but should not be generalized as patient-reported satisfaction.
