Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi Manajemen Akuntansi (ILEKA) (e-ISSN 2721-0472 and p-ISSN 2716-3911)is a peer-reviewed journal which is published by Universitas MH Thamrin Jakarta. Since 2020, this journal publishes biannually in March and October covering of original research on Economic Management and Accounting  studies using an interdisciplinary perspective. 

Submitted papers must be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia for an initial review stage by editors and further review process by a minimum of anymous reviewers. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. Review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions. Finally, the journal allows the author(s) to retain publishing rights without restrictions Authors are allowed to archive their submitted article in an open access repository Authors are allowed to archive the final published article in an open access repository with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
