Abstract

Gebyok Putro Antique is an antique furniture and decor business based in Jepara that still relies on bank transfers with manual confirmation. Initial observations indicate that payment recording errors occur at a rate of about 15% per month, accompanied by the risk of misuse of transfer receipts. This research designed two applications: a Flutter-based customer mobile app and an admin web app, both of which are connected to the Midtrans Snap API and feature Snap Embed. Through this mechanism, payment status is automatically updated via verified webhook notifications, eliminating the need for manual transfer receipts. Development followed the waterfall model using Vue.js, Flutter, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL. Testing included black-box testing as well as testing of payment status and notification security in the Midtrans production environment. All test scenarios yielded the expected results, and payment statuses were recorded automatically without manual verification.
