Thesis administration at Universitas Islam Indonesia is handled through different mechanisms across study programs, including separate systems and manual procedures. UIITA was developed to integrate these services as a menu in UII Gateway. This article discusses requirements analysis, functional documentation, and testing in the UIITA project, which was continued by the Alpha Team based on Enterprise Architecture planning. The project activities included artifact review, process and authority mapping, BPMN and use case development, requirements specification in a Functional Specification Document (FSD), interface alignment, and test case development and execution. The outputs map six actor groups and a service cycle from thesis submission to report and grade management. The FSD documents 67 functional requirements in nine groups, consisting of 27 Thesis functions, 18 Thesis Examination functions, and 22 Configuration functions. Test cases were organized by menu and authority to examine available functions, record findings, and support retesting. Traceability across artifacts helps maintain requirements consistency throughout the iterative development of UIITA.
