Abstract

The process of monitoring and reporting technician work that is still carried out manually causes obstacles in assignment, progress monitoring, documentation, and report preparation. Job information through communication media becomes less structured and difficult to trace, while manual report preparation takes time and risks causing errors. This research aims to develop a mobile-based technician job monitoring and reporting application to support digital, structured, and documented work management. Application development uses the Agile Development method through the stages of planning, design, development, testing, evaluation, and user feedback. The application is developed using Flutter as an application framework, Laravel as a REST API, and SQLite as a database. The features implemented include login based on access rights, user management, task creation, job monitoring, progress updates, documentation, report creation, and digital BAHP. Testing was carried out using Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results showed that all key features were running as needed after evaluation and improvement. SUS testing of 20 respondents obtained an average score of 81.25 in the categories of Acceptable, Grade A, and Excellent. The results showed that the application was easy to use and feasible to implement. Further development is recommended to improve integration, security, and reporting features.
