Abstract

Toko Harapan Bersama is a wholesale grocery store with high transaction and inventory management activity; however, stock records, transactions, and restocking decisions were previously handled manually. This study aims to develop a web-based information system integrating sales transaction recording, inventory monitoring, and ABC Analysis to determine item-management priorities. The study uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was developed using the Prototype model, Laravel, and MySQL. ABC Analysis calculates sales value, contribution percentage, and cumulative percentage over a seven-day period to classify items into categories A, B, and C. Functional testing using Black Box Testing showed that all tested feature groups operated according to the scenarios. System Usability Scale testing involving the owner and two operators produced scores of 92.5, 87.5, and 95, with an average of 91.67. The results indicate that the system automates stock updates, provides inventory-priority reports, and achieves a very high usability level.
