Abstract

This research is motivated by the management  of stunting data  at the Selopuro Health Center UPT which is still manual, spreadsheet-based, prone to errors, and makes it difficult to visualize the distribution of cases. The research aims to design, implement, and test a  WebGIS-Based Stunting Case Distribution Area Application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system design successfully aligns needs through the requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover phases. The intensive iteration process (test and refine) in the user design phase  with the health center succeeded in finalizing the  system prototype, which included the flow of the system, the practicality of  the anthropometric input form, and the clarity of the visualization of map color gradients. The implementation of the system uses PHP with  the Laravel framework and the PostgreSQL database to map geospatial cases through thematic maps in eight villages. The results of the Alpha Testing test with the Blackbox technique  showed a functional validity of 93.1%, beta testing of IT experts reached 95.53% of technical feasibility, and user acceptance of  puskesmas staff reached 93.5%. In conclusion, the RAD iteration is able to quickly align field needs. The practical implication of this system is the availability of precise decision support instruments for Forkopimcam Selopuro in the allocation  of targeted stunting handling assistance .
