Implementasi Chatbot Sebagai Agen Perumahan untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi dan Akurasi Informasi Menggunakan Einstein Bot

Implementasi chatbot sebagai agen perumahan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi informasi dalam proses pencarian dan pemesanan rumah. Chatbot merupakan sistem percakapan otomatis yang dapat membantu pelanggan dalam mengakses informasi yang diinginkan, serta memproses permintaan pemesanan rumah secara cepat dan tepat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi implementasi chatbot sebagai agen perumahan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi informasi dalam proses pencarian dan pemesanan rumah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan teknologi chatbot dalam bidang perumahan, serta memberikan manfaat bagi agen perumahan dan pelanggan dalam mendapatkan layanan yang lebih baik.
