Distres Psikologi: Pengaruh Situasi Covid-19 Pada Pekerja Non-Kesehatan Di Masa Pandemik Covid-19 Di Jabodetabek

Abstract


Pandemi COVID-19 memengaruhi psikologis masyarakat di seluruh dunia, termasuk pekerja non-kesehatan. Stres, kecemasan, dan ketakutan memicu terjadinya distres psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kejadian distres psikologikal pada populasi pekerja non-kesehatan yang bekerja di kota Jabodetabek dengan membaginya menjadi sub-kelompok formal dan informal. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan menghubungkan distres psikologis dengan sosiodemografi, lingkungan kerja, dan tindakan pencegahan individu penyebaran COVID-19.  Pekerja non-kesehatan di sub-kelompok formal berjumlah 281 orang dan informal sebanyak 83 orang. Distres psikologis sedikit lebih banyak dialami oleh pekerja sub-kelompok informal (83.1%). Wanita menjadi individu yang paling tinggi mengalami distres (83.6%). Frekuensi masuk kerja berhubungan dengan kejadian distres pada sub-kelompok formal (p=0.001) dan informal (p=0.04). Variabel lingkungan kerja yang berhubungan dengan kejadian distres adalah keamanan (p=0.037), konflik (0.034), menerima resiko (0.041), stres kerja (0.001 dan 0.004), kepuasan (0.013), dan sarana dan prasarana pencegahan COVID-19 (0.027). Tindakan pencegahan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian distres adalah penggunaan peralatan makan sendiri (p=0.019 dan 0.021). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa frekuensi bekerja di tempat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kejadian distres pekerja formal dan informal. Tindakan untuk mencegah distres psikologi pekerja adalah memerhatikan keamanan, konflik, resiko tertular COVID-19, stres kerja, kepuasan hasil pekerjaan, dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pencegahan COVID-19 di tempat kerja.
