Work fatigue, according to occupational health science, is a decline in physical capacity, endurance, and mental alertness resulting from continuous work activity, and it may reduce concentration and increase the risk of occupational accidents. This study was quantitative and used an observational analytic cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 74 workers selected by total sampling. The purpose of the study was to identify factors associated with work fatigue among workers at PT Lucky Light Globalindo. Work fatigue was measured using the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire, and the independent variables were age, nutritional status, smoking habits, sleep quality, work shift, length of employment, physical workload, and mental workload. Univariate analysis was conducted to describe each variable, while bivariate analysis was conducted using the continuity correction chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test with odds ratios (OR) to determine the relationship between the independent variables and work fatigue. The results indicate that most workers experienced mild fatigue (62.2%), while 37.8% experienced moderate–high fatigue. There were relationships between age (p = 0.034; OR = 3.19), nutritional status (p = 0.012; OR = 4.60), and sleep quality (p = 0.019; OR = 4.22) and work fatigue. To reduce the incidence of work fatigue, the suggestions put forward for the company are to conduct regular health monitoring, strengthen workplace nutrition programs, and improve sleep and rest management for workers.
