Puslaiklambangja TNI AU plays a crucial role in ensuring operational safety and airworthiness standards. The main challenge faced is the management of safety reporting, which is still conducted manually, thereby hindering the speed, accuracy, and traceability of report handling. This research aims to design and implement an aviation and work safety reporting information system at Puslaiklambangja TNI AU. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall development model. The stages included requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using Next.js for the web platform, React Native for Android, and MySQL as the database. The results of this research indicate that the system enables TNI AU personnel to create, monitor, and follow up incident, accident, and other safety reports digitally and in real time. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the system functions according to user requirements and is well accepted by users. The system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of safety reporting within Puslaiklambangja TNI AU and support a more structured safety culture.
