Non-compliance with Multi-Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) consumption in pregnant women can have a serious impact on maternal and fetal outcomes. Folate deficiency due to non-compliance can lead to neural tube defects in the fetus, while severe vitamin D deficiency can result in rickets in both mother and fetus. A preliminary study at the Karang Intan 2 Health Center found that 75% of pregnant women had a poor understanding of MMS and 87.5% did not receive adequate family support. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and family support with compliance with Multi-Micronutrient Supplement consumption in pregnant women in the working area of the Karang Intan 2 Health Center. The study used a cross-sectional design with an accidental sampling technique on 43 pregnant women in the third trimester. Data collection used a questionnaire on MMS consumption, family support, and compliance that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used a chi-square test with a 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The results of the study were that 67.4% of respondents had good knowledge, 69.8% received family support, and 72.1% obediently consumed MMS. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance (p=0.003; OR=8.333) and family support with adherence (p=0.001; OR=10,400). Mothers with good knowledge have an 8.3 times more likely to be compliant, while those who receive family support have a 10.4 times more likely to be compliant to consume MMS. The suggestion for the next researcher is to add other variables such as cultural factors, access to health services, and family education, as well as expand the research location to various regions so that the results are more comprehensive and generalizable.
