Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit infeksi pernapasan akut yang menjadi pandemi pada tahun 2020. Asuhan keperawatan neonatus COVID-19 diperlukan penerapan Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC) agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup bayi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis asuhan keperawatan neonatus COVID-19 dengan penerapan prinsip PFCC dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif (studi kasus). Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling yaitu 11 neonatus COVID-19 di Ruang NICU RS Bhayangkara Tingkat I Pusdokkes Polri sejak tahun 2020-2023. Metode pengambilan data sekunder dari rekam medis dan wawancara perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 90,9% mengalami sesak napas, sianosis, dan retraksi dada, hipertermia (45,4%), trombositopenia (18,1%), peningkatan CRP Kuantitatif (36,3%), dan hiperbilirubinemia (72,7%). Prioritas masalah keperawatan yaitu pola napas tidak efektif dengan manajemen jalan napas, pemantauan respirasi, dan terapi oksigen. Evaluasi keperawatan yaitu 90,9% masalah teratasi dengan lama perawatan 4-12 hari dan 9,1% neonatus meninggal dunia. Penerapan PFCC 100% dilakukan oleh perawat. Asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan PFCC sebelum dan setelah pandemi COVID-19 tidak ada perbedaan. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu penerapan prinsip PFCC dapat menjadi unsur utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup neonatus dengan COVID-19.
