Hubungan Masa Kerja dan Burnout terhadap Gejala Depresi pada Pekerja Kebersihan

Depresi adalah gangguan mental umum yang mempengaruhi interaksi kompleks antara faktor sosial, psikologis, dan biologi. Salah satu faktor sosial terkait pekerjaan adalah burnout yang timbul dari ketidakmampuan pekerja memenuhi tuntutan kerja. Faktor risiko individu pemicu burnout meliputi masa kerja; semakin lama masa kerja, semakin besar paparan terhadap stres dan semakin menumpuknya tekanan fisik, yang dapat memicu burnout . Penelitian ini melibatkan 150 responden yang dipilih melalui konsekutif sampling . Data yang diukur adalah masa kerja, burnout (menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory meliputi dimensi Kelelahan Emosional, Depersonalisasi, dan Prestasi Pribadi), serta gejala depresi (menggunakan DASS -21). Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja dengan gejala depresi ( p =0,482) dan dimensi Prestasi Pribadi ( p =0,198). Sebaliknya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi Kelelahan Emosional dengan gejala depresi ( p =0,038), serta antara dimensi Depersonalisasi dengan gejala depresi ( p =0,016).
