One of the general insurance companies in Indonesia, PT Asuransi Total Bersama (tob insurance), is a general insurance company established on September 12, 2018. On January 10, 2019, tob insurance obtained an operational permit and was officially commemorated as the birthday of tob insurance. This research is motivated by the importance of improving training and human resource development in supporting organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Asuransi Total Bersama. The research uses a quantitative approach with a postpositivist paradigm that focuses on testing theories through measurement and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The research sample was 52 permanent employees who were selected as a whole. The t-test results show that the variables of job training (t count 7.551; sig. 0.000), work discipline (t count 7.721; sig. 0.000), and work motivation (t count 8.760; sig. 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test produced a model significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the three variables together have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies continuously improve training programs, strengthen work discipline systems, and encourage employee motivation to optimize performance at both operational and managerial levels.
