Injuries or trauma resulting from accidents in the school environment generally affect the musculoskeletal system. This requires prompt and appropriate treatment. If not, it will cause more serious injuries and can trigger bleeding. Other impacts that arise can result in bone deformities or disability or even death. To prevent further injury to the musculoskeletal system, first aid is needed in the form of health education and splinting. This community service activity was a Health education in the school environment in the form of material presentation activities, discussions, and simulations (skills training) for SMA Angkasa 2 Jakarta students. Evaluation of the intervention was carried out by assessing the knowledge (cognitive) aspect through pre-test and post-test. This community service activity attended by 134 students. The results of the pre-test and post-test on the knowledge aspect of first aid skills for fracture injuries are: “Good” skill knowledge increased by 43.3%, “adequate” skill knowledge decreased by 18% and “poor” skill knowledge also decreased by 25.3%. Of the 134 students, 35 students had experience of bone injuries, with the first treatment being splinting, 11 people (31.4%), 21 people (60%) were immediately taken to hospital, 2 people were taken to a massage therapist (5.7%), and 1 person was left alone (2.9%). Health education can improve students' basic knowledge and skills regarding first aid for fractures that occur in the school environment. Fracture injuries that occur can be treated quickly and appropriately, thus avoiding or minimizing worsening conditions and disabilities due to injury or trauma.
