Abstract

The increasingly dynamic organizational environment demands professionals to possess stronger strategic thinking, adaptability, and leadership agility. However, many professionals still experience a gap between their academic competencies and the needs of modern organizational transformation. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve participants' understanding and competency regarding the integration of talent acceleration, academic pipeline, and corporate transformation through a strategic ecosystem development approach. The activity implementation method uses an interactive training approach, organizational case discussions, strategic mentoring, and reflective learning. Participants consisted of professionals and aspiring organizational leaders from various educational institutions and work organizations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of integrating career development, continuing education, and organizational transformation. In addition, participants demonstrated increased strategic thinking skills, awareness of the leadership pipeline, and understanding of organizational agility in facing changes in the work environment. This PKM activity contributes to strengthening human resource capacity through an ecosystem integration approach between academics, talent development, and the needs of modern organizations.
