The event management training is a form of community service aimed at improving the non-academic competencies of senior high school (SLTA) students. In secondary education, students are not only required to have strong academic abilities, but also managerial skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team. This training is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of the concepts, stages, and strategies for planning, organizing, and implementing an event effectively and professionally. The material provided includes activity planning, budgeting, committee task allocation, time management, communication strategies, risk management, and a comprehensive evaluation of event implementation. The training method is carried out through a combination of theoretical presentations, interactive discussions, case studies, event organization simulations, and direct practice so that participants can gain more applicable experience. The results of the training show that students are better able to systematically plan events, organize committees clearly, and work together in a more structured team. In addition, they also understand the importance of communication, coordination, and creativity in overcoming obstacles that arise during the event implementation process. With this training, it is hoped that high school students will have event management skills that will be useful not only in school activities but also in the community. More broadly, this activity will foster leadership, independence, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as boost students' confidence to actively participate in various collective activities.
