Quality management is essential for the implementation of TPA. Effective and efficient management of Child Care Centers (TPA) is essential to ensure that children's educational needs are met in line with their growth and development, even when parents are busy working. Discussing the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) learning, of course, cannot be separated from its main activity, namely the learning management process (planning, implementation, and assessment) that takes place or is carried out at the PAUD institution concerned. PAUD management must be managed professionally and modernly. Quality PAUD implementation is essential to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of management. This ensures that children's educational needs are met in line with their growth and development, even when parents are busy working. Discussing the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) learning, of course, cannot be separated from its main activity, namely the learning management process (planning, implementation, and assessment) that takes place or is carried out at the PAUD institution concerned. Implementing good and effective classroom management at the PAUD level is crucial because at any time, children's attitudes and actions tend to change according to their growth and development process, the character they form, and their increasingly broad social circle. In order for children to become educated individuals, it is essential for teachers to carry out operational and managerial activities to shape their behavior, actions, attitudes, mentality, and emotions. Furthermore, teachers also need to carry out what is known as the management function.
