Abstract

Golden Indonesia in 2045 is the momentum of the demographic bonus to become a positive contribution to Indonesia's development towards Advanced Indonesia. Vocational high school students who are currently the seeds of the nation's leaders who must be motivated to continue working and innovating. Vocational high school students are secondary school teachers who are expected to be ready to work upon graduation or become young entrepreneurs. Consistent provision of knowledge to them must be carried out. Vocational high school students majoring in accounting at Uswatun Hasanah Vocational High School are students who have been educated with accounting knowledge. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of Uswatun Hasanah Vocational High School students about the prospects of accounting majors in the future, thereby strengthening their choice of accounting majors, broader career opportunities so that they can improve their standard of living. The implementation of PkM was attended by 34 participants, consisting of 3 lecturers, 2 students from MH Thamrin University, 1 teacher from Uswatun Hasanah Vocational High School, 8 students majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions and 20 students majoring in Office Management and Business Management. This community service activity involved providing information on the future prospects of accounting majors, followed by a question-and-answer session. This community service activity was highly beneficial and is expected to be sustainable, with activities aimed at enhancing accounting skills.
