Abstract

A paradigm shift in resources that can lead an organization to excellence. A superior organization cannot be measured by finances, buildings, land, technology. Instead, it must rely on knowledge assets (intagible). Because only knowledge has the criteria of non- rivalrous, increasing returns, and not additive, which are characteristics of resources that have strategic advantages. Mind maps are the easiest way to put information into the brain and take information out of the brain. Mind mapping is a creative, effective way of taking notes and will literally "map" our thoughts. With this technique, it is hoped that presentation will be easier and easier to understand so that it can speed up the process of sharing knowledge at MAN 6 Jakarta. Knowledge capture is the process of changing the experience of solving a problem from several sources of knowledge such as books, manuscripts and other sources into an application program, so that what an expert knows tacitly becomes explicit. The capturing technique used in this knowledge management system research is the Internet of Things concept. Internet of Things is a technology that makes it possible to connect to the Internet. The importance of the Internet of Things can be seen by applying it in today's life. The internet of things is a separate research field since the development of internet technology (IT) and other communication media. The more human needs regarding technology develop, the more research will be present, the internet of things is one of the results of the ideas of researchers who optimize several tools such as media sensors, Bluetooth, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Wireless Sensor Network and other Smart Objects. allows humans to easily interact with all equipment connected to the internet network.
