Abstract

Talenta Tracker as a tool designed to explore and understand a person's productive traits or talents. interpreting role-related strengths through talent or dominant traits, this tool helps identify potential and recognition of productive activities. Talenta Tracker also provides an overview of an individual's abilities, competencies, and interests in certain activities and roles, and can be used as a tool to improve one's personal branding and self-awareness.Talenta Tracker as a web-based platform used to explore and recognize one's talents and has the potential to be effective for use in human resource management, team building, recruitment, career and education planning, and for family relationships and parenting. This is because Talenta Tracker can map the personality traits of a person and reveal their potential. Talenta Tracker has been widely recognized and used in multinational companies, business incubators and UKM communities, universities and schools, as well as in the parenting community. This community service activity will offer two interrelated solutions in overcoming partner problems. The first solution is to introduce and educate about talent interests and potential strengths to Teachers / Educators by socializing web-based platforms. The second solution is to conduct a Talent Assessment for teachers to see the extent to which teachers or educators recognize their potential strengths and interests so that they can maximize them in terms of educating at school.
