Analisis Kondisi Kesehatan Berdasarkan Persepsi Hidup Sehat Saat Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Orang Dewasa

Abstract


COVID-19 menimbulkan perubahan pada status psikologis antara lain meningkatnya kecemasan, stress, dan ketakutan yang berakibat pada gangguan kualitas tidur, keluhan somatik dan keluhan fisik, sehingga terbukti memperburuk kondisi kesehatan seseorang. Kondisi kesehatan ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh persepsi seseorang terhadap kesehatan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan kondisi kesehatan dengan persepsi menjalankan pola hidup sehat selama pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan googleform. Instrumen untuk mengukur kondisi kesehatan dan persepsi gaya hidup sehat dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan telah dipastikan valid dan reliabel. Sebagian besar responden adalah perempuan (72,7%), usia 20 – 29 tahun (60,4%), berpendidikan tinggi (50,2% Pendidikan D3/D4/S1), memiliki kondisi kesehatan yang baik (72,7%), dan memiliki persepsi hidup sehat positif (96,8%). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (nilai p 0.048) antara persepsi hidup sehat dengan kondisi kesehatan. Persepsi individu tentang pola hidup sehat yang baik di masa pandemi covid-19 sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan imunitas, berperilaku hidup sehat, mengurangi stress dan kecemasan, serta mempertahankan hubungan sosial yang baik.
