PENGARUH PENYULUHAN GIZI BUAH SAYUR SEHAT DAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) PADA ANAK-ANAK TK DI KOTA DEPOK

Abstract


Menurut data Riskesdas 2013 proporsi rerata nasional perilaku konsumsi kurang sayur dan atau buah  sebesar
93,5%, dengan melihat hasil tersebut dapat menggambarkan pola makan penduduk Indonesia kurang mengkonsumsi sayur
dan buah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatkan pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku anak-anak TK sehingga
mau membiasakan diri untuk mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah. Responden penelitian adalah anak-anak TK di Kota Depok,
terdapat 11 TK yang tersebar di 11 kecamatan  di Kota Depok. Metode penyuluhan dengan menggunakan media poster,
leaflet, permainan kartu dan booklet mengenai sayur  buah, dan PHBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  responden yang
mengikuti program kegiatan penyuluhan berjumlah 340 anak dengan rata-rata umur 4 -6 tahun. Responden laki-laki sebesar
49,11% dan 50,89% perempuan. Kemudian pengetahuan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan gizi sayur buah dan PHBS
mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,94% untuk pengetahuan gizi sayur, 6,19%  untuk pengetahuan gizi buah dan 5,3% untuk
pengetahuan PHBS.
